The Women Leadership Center (WLC) is an initiative of the Catholic University of South Sudan. It was established to empower women, both emerging and established leaders, by equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to lead effectively across all sectors of society.
Through comprehensive leadership audits and needs assessments, the WLC developed specialized training modules to support women who aspire to leadership or are already serving in leadership roles.

- Equip professional women in government and private sectors with tools to enhance workplace leadership
- Place women at the centre of inquiry, exploring their voices, histories and identities
- Understand how women are shaped by and contribute to society across classes, ages, political affiliations and faiths
- Promote change and progress through a cross-cultural understanding of women’s experiences
- Develop social networks for support, cohesion and innovation in leadership settings
